Andersen Pant Indigo Sashiko Limited Release

This Andersen Pant is a casual wide straight leg fit.  This make up is a Limited Release of 32 pairs. 

Developed in Japan as a method of reinforcing workwear, Sashiko is characterized by its distinctive textured weave that was designed to add durability without sacrificing comfort. The fabric is woven to recreate that traditional appearance while offering a structured hand, subtle depth, and exceptional longevity.

Our Sashiko fabric is made from 100% cotton and develops character with wear, softening over time while maintaining its unique texture. The result is a fabric that feels substantial yet breathable, with a quiet visual richness that sets it apart from traditional twills or denim.

Elastic waistband with a chunky weight cotton drawstring.  Two large exterior hand pockets with well placed bar tacks on top and bottom to maintain ultimate structural integrity.  Carpenter's pockets on the right side mid thigh.  Inverted patch pocket detail. The cut is cropped to the top ankle with all the room for full mobility.

All of our garments have a little meaning behind their names; the Andersen Pant is named after a small skate park in Central California that I get to roll around in from time to time.  The park is known for its flowing and casual bowl layout and when I first started to skate it I felt I needed a pant with more room so simply designed this exact fit for that park and the end result is so much better than imagined and certainly more functional than just for rolling around the park, although, hopefully they get some use there as well.
